RFF雜誌評《落跑樂園裡的人魚》：一部林奇風格之作

2023 年 4 月 20 日（義大利米蘭）—— 由毛妤令袁執導的獲獎短片《落跑樂園裡的人魚》（Mermaid in the Garden of Escapism）獲羅賓遜電影節（Robinson Film Festival）旗下雜誌評價為「林奇風格之作」（"a Lynch-style film"）。導演毛妤令袁（MAO Yu Lynn Yuan）在影片中特別採用人工智慧配音，以此對現實中女性聲音的缺失進行文學性映射。在 RFF 雜誌（RFF Magazine）2023 年 4 月刊中，這部尚未公開首映的影片因充滿隱喻的奇幻場景，被推薦給喜愛大衛・林奇（David Lynch）作品的觀眾。

The director and writer MAO Yu Lynn Yuan (a.k.a. Lynn Yuan) takes us to a quiet garden with a girl (the actress Gloria Gao) lying on a tablecloth, but a disturbing voice comes into her head, and that quiet garden becomes a nightmare. The 'Mermaid in the Garden of Escapism' is very reminiscent of Master Lynch's style, and this is a huge compliment. As a Lynch movie, the Yuan short film is also open to many interpretations because every change of scene has a different meaning. The abstracted side of the movie deserves a special mention because it involves the viewer seeing that time and time again, and, probably, you can see different things in every rewatch. The choice to add text at the end was really good. 'Mermaid in the Garden of Escapism' is a good short film with a good design and huge pacing."）
